Due to the current COVID-19 Restrictions all tickets need to be booked online in advance and can be printed out from your email confirmation or scanned from your mobile device on the day.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not attend the resort without pre booked tickets for that day.
For example if your mobile device battery dies or you lose your printed booking confirmation, you can seek assistance in admissions and they can attempt to locate your booking using your personal information, such as your name, email, full address and payment details. In this circumstance please bring along the payment card you used and a form of I.D such as a driving licence or passport. Once your booking has been found and we have confirmed the identity associated with the booking we can then print your tickets out for you.
