I have booked for someone else with my card and I won't be there - what should I do?

If the tickets are Print at home/Mobile tickets, please print the tickets out/send the barcodes to the person visiting for them to gain entry.

If your tickets are Collect at Attraction, as per our terms and conditions of booking, we require the payment card holder to be in attendance when collecting tickets.
