Making our attractions accessible to everyone is extremely important to us, however safety must remain our number one priority.
If you are using our Rides and Attractions and require our Ride Access Pass, you are required to apply for this online in advance of your first visit by emailing accessibility@chessington.co.uk
Please note we require at least 7 working days to approve your application.
If this is your first time and you do not have enough time to register online before your visit, then please visit Guest Help & Information with the relevant documentation which can be found here. The team can then provide you with a ID card valid for 24 months. This means you will not be required to bring documentation every visit and this drastically reduces the time it takes to obtain your pass on the day.
At the time of registration, you will be asked a few health and safety questions so we can better understand how we can make sure you have a fun and safe adventure.
Guest’s with cognitive or mobility conditions will require a carer on all of our rides. Guest’s with a medical condition may not require a carer.
