Here at Chessington World of Adventures Resort, we are committed to keeping you safe so can focus on having fun. Any ride restrictions we do have are in place are there to keep you safe. We do have ride restriction’s put in place and it is important for your safety to follow our guidelines.
Certain rides and attractions in our resort can be physically demanding and vigorous. Each ride has their own set of restrictions which must be adhered to, some of which are because of the ride restraint, forces, or sometimes the additional requirements if the ride has stopped and guests are required to exit before reaching the station.
Guests health and safety is our top priority; therefore, we reserve the right to refuse admission to any ride should we feel there is a danger to a particular individual for any reason. We have been advised by the health and safety executive that refusal on the grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination.
Do not ride if your health could be at risk or you could aggravate a pre-existing condition. Review the ride for potential risk before riding. All riders must act responsibly, for their safety and the safety of others. Please refer to the Ride Restrictions signposted at each ride and attraction.
We have created an Accessibility Guide to explain the requirements for each ride and we strongly recommend that you read this in advance of your visit and use it on the day. To download the Accessibility Guide, please click here. It can also be found on our app or you can pick up a copy at Guest Help & Information, located in Adventure Point.
