I need to add a Carer ticket to my existing order, how can I do this?

If you already have a booking, tickets for carers* of guests with additional needs can be issued on the day at our ticket booth located at either entrance, if this option wasn't available when you originally booked your tickets.

*Please note: One carer ticket per disabled guest will only be issued upon presentation of valid documentation or a Carer Annual Pass.
