In line with the Government response to COVID-19 and its guidance, the Resort will be OPEN for our Winter’s Tail event – more information here.
Our new hygiene and safety measures for 2020 (detailed below), which we ask you, our guests to ‘paw-ticipate’ in, remain in place to ensure you have safe, festive fun here this Christmas, while also protecting our staff and the animals in our care in our COVID-secure venue.
To allow for ‘snow-cial’ distancing, we are still reducing the number of guests we welcome to the Resort each day, with pre-booking online essential.
Designated in London, the Resort will be subject to Tier 2: High alert. As a result, we ask you:
- NOT to visit in groups of more than six people or form larger groups while at the Resort - to encourage this, we have capped ticket sales to a maximum of six
- NOT to socialise with anybody outside of your household or support bubble while enjoying our indoor spaces
We also encourage you to check-in as part of NHS Test and Trace, at key points around the Resort, by scanning the QR codes on the NHS COVID-19 app.

Theme Park tickets have been revalidated, so you can pre-book a ticket for entry on another day in 2021 – please see the FAQs below for more details on how to do this.
If you had a stay booked, you should’ve already received an email advising your booking has automatically been converted into a monetary voucher, which can be used to book a new stay next year – again, please see the FAQs below for more information.
