No, if you have been to our resort before and already received your 2 Year Merlin Ride Access Pass and have used the website before you do not need to head to Guest Help & Information.
You can either grab an Accessibility Guide when you enter the resort and scan the QR code or head to this website here.
Select ‘Log In’ and enter your email address you used to apply for the Ride Access Pass and the password you created.
Then select the ‘Ride Access Pass’ Icon, select the attraction you wish to go on and click ‘Get On Now’ and you’re ready to go!
