Yes, we are still offering this service. However, to ensure that we minimise the wait time at Guest Help & Information, we may not be able to provide you with your ID card at the start of your visit. Please speak to a team member on the day to collect your ID card.
Please note, we can only provide this to you if you have applied online in advance of your visit. You are not able to register for a Ride Access Pass on the day of your visit.
