Which payment methods do you offer?
- Just to let you know we take full payment at the time of booking we accept a variety of payment methods including; Visa, MasterCard and Visa Debit
- Currently, we are unable to offer direct debit payments, deposits or payments via voucher schemes including; Love To Shop or Tesco Clubcard vouchers.
My payment has failed - who do I contact?
- If your payment has been declined by the issuing bank, please contact your bank directly before trying again. For any other issues, please contact our Guest Experience Team who can look into this for you.
