Unfortunately, there are various circumstances (such as inclement weather) that can disrupt our rides and attractions. In some cases, we have to close certain rides as a result of this until the circumstance passes. We cannot predetermine ride closures, but we will provide real-time updates on our App.
If ride availability is disrupted continuously, our Management team will make the decision to activate a Return Promise which allows ticket holders to return for FREE within 9 months.
A Return Promise may be called for a variety of different reasons such as:
- Inclement weather (rain, snow, wind) continuous for over an hour*
- Extreme weather (heatwaves, high winds)
- Powercut
- Loss of Water
If the above does not affect ride availability, a Return Promise will not be activated. The decision lies with the Resort Management team and this decision is final. This decision will be made based on internal factors and measurements.
This Return Promise does not cover general ride availability on a day-to-day basis. All of our rides are subject to availability and may close at any time for reasons not covered by the Return Promise. This process is only in place for weather related incidents or other incidents that cause resort wide ride closures.
