We’ll send you an email within 60 minutes of making a payment for your Short Break booking with your e-vouchers, tickets and passes attached and ready to download.
This will include your hotel check-in voucher, e-tickets for the Theme Park (if you have purchased them as part of your Short Break) and vouchers for any additional extras you have selected.
If you have Theme Park e-tickets booked with your break, you can add them to our official Chessington World of Adventures app or download them by selecting “Documents” in Manage My Booking. No need to print them out – simply scan them from your phone!
Remember you are able to use your Theme Park ticket before you have checked in to your hotel, providing your Theme Park ticket is valid for entry on that date.
