Yes, if you are eligible for a Ride Access Pass, you must still pre-register for a Nimbus Access card and then pre book a RAP reservation via the app before your visit. Once your pre-book is confirmed, you can use the app to manage your reservations in the park.
We have aligned the launch of the app with the Nimbus assessment. To be eligible, users will need
one of the following symbols on their Access Card

- Level Access
- Urgent Toilet Needs
- Difficulty with Crowds
