Simply email a copy of your photo receipt to photosupport@venuplus.com, making sure the QR code is clearly visible.
If you no longer have your receipt, don’t worry. Please include the following details in your email so the team can look into this for you:
- Date of visit
- Attraction visited
- Last four digits of the credit or debit card used
- Chessington World of Adventures Resort in the subject line
Once the team has received your email, one of our photo agents will review this and come back to you as soon as possible.
