Please note : All Ride Access Pass applications must be completed online, at least 7 days before your visit. Further information can be found here.
How it works:
For clarity, the Ride Access Pass places guests in a ‘virtual queue’ – it does not allow immediate and unrestricted access to rides and attractions.
Upon arrival at the Park, a member of the team at Guest Help and Information will help you in activating your session. You are then able to enjoy the Ride Access Pass:
Step One
Select which ride you wish to use using the Ride Access Pass.
Step Two
A QR code will then appear. Head straight to the ride where a member of the team will scan your mobile device and help you onto the ride.
Step Three
Once you have enjoyed the ride, a countdown will appear to show the time to wait until your next ride reservation becomes available.
Step Four
Once the countdown reaches 00:00, you can then select your next ride on the Ride Access Pass.

Please note a maximum of 3 companions may accompany the Pass user on any one ride or attraction and can be interchanged throughout the day. For some Pass users, a companion will be compulsory, details on this can be found here, alongside height, size and other safety restrictions, which also apply and are detailed on signage across the Resort as well.
