Please note our Ride Access Pass requires entitlement documentation to be provided which can be found here.
How it works
For clarity, the Ride Access Pass places guests in a ‘virtual queue’ – it does not allow immediate and unrestricted access to rides and attractions. The mechanic is such that once you have completed your first ride, your card will be marked with a time at which you can go on your second ride. The time will represent the current queue length from your first ride; this process will be repeated at each of the rides as you visit them.
Please note, given the number of people entitled to Ride Access Passes, you may still have to wait, and other queues (e.g. Fastrack, Single Rider) may move more quickly, we cannot control this.
Head to Guest Help & Information to obtain everything you need. Here the Team will provide you with a timecard for that day and your new Pass (if you have not already got this), along with any information you may need to know for that visit. Most rides and attractions have designated entrances for Ride Access Pass users. The entrance for each ride and attraction is listed here.
Most of our rides have a designated entrance for Ride Access Pass users. The entrance for each individual attraction is listed in the Accessibility Guide.
At each ride and attraction, the Attendant will ask to see that day’s timecard, alongside your valid Pass.
The attendant will then mark the timecard with the time at which you can enjoy the next ride or attraction – placing you in a ‘virtual queue’ - this time is calculated by adding the queue time of the current ride or attraction, to the time at that point.
Once your timecard is full, you can return to Guest Help & Information where the Team will replace it with a new one ready for your next adventure (please bring your completed timecard to exchange).
Please note a maximum of 3 companions may accompany the Pass user on any one ride or attraction and can be interchanged throughout the day. For some Pass users, a companion will be compulsory, details on this can be found here, alongside height, size and other safety restrictions, which also apply and are detailed on signage across the Resort as well.
