Why am I unable to book for my selected visit date?

If your chosen date is greyed out on our booking page, this means that this date has sold out for this particular ticket type or the Theme Park isn't open. You would need to select a different date to visit, from the list of available dates shown on the booking calendar.

All tickets are subject to availability and can sometimes sell out during busier peak periods and school holidays.
