I have not received my email confirmation - what should I do?

Firstly, please check your junk and spam folders as sometimes our emails can end up in the wrong folder.

If you have paid by Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, your tickets may have gone to the email address associated with that which may be different to primary inbox, so please check there.

If you don't have the reference number, please contact us and a member of our team will be happy to assist!
