If you have purchased your tickets from the Chessington World of Adventures website, you can look up your booking and re-print your tickets by using our Look Up link here.
Alternatively we will be able to print your tickets from our Box Office. Please ensure you have available your booking order number, the credit card used to make the purchase and a form of photographic ID.
Please note, when tickets have been printed once, issued tickets that have been lost or forgotten cannot be reprinted.

Please do not travel to the Resort if you are concerned as to if your booking was successful or not, or if you have experienced booking difficulties. All tickets for the Resort must to be pre booked and anyone without a valid booking confirmation for that day will be refused entry.
